1. Identification – What is the problem we are investigating? Creating a clear definition of the project is central to delivering a successful consultancy project. Are we looking to reduce costs, increase process efficiency, increase compliance or something unique?

2. Research – Once the scope of the consultancy has been identified, documented and agreed, research can be performed by our expert consultants to look at different ways to solve the problem. Daviker consultants will look at the whole of the market to produce the best possible solutions.

3. Recommendations – Daviker aim to provide several different recommendations based on the constraints and resources established during our consultation. All recommendations are carefully documented and presented to the clients.

4. Implementation (OPTIONAL) – Some Daviker clients request that we deliver the recommended solutions or oversee the delivery of other suppliers via our project management team. If you were to go down this route you can be assured that Daviker would work with you to deliver your solution on time, to budget and to the specification agreed.
