As members of the UK Contact Centre Forum, we made a point to attend the LSCCF (London and South East Contract Centre Forum) and YCFF (Yorkshire Contact Centre Forum) on the 22nd and 28th May.

The London event was attended by over 150 members of the London and South East CFF. Business Manager Nigel James and Group Sales Manager Steve Merry attended the LSCCF to keep their fingers on the pulse of what’s happening within call centres. The day involved various presentations around speech analytics and employee engagements with breakout sessions in the afternoon. Nigel and Steve were able to discover the latest trends, collate data and integrate it into future planning to make our products even better for clients.

As cloud contact specialists we offer speech analytics software that helps customers record what is being said on their calls. With our previous understanding of speech analytics we expanded our knowledge through event workshops.

The Yorkshire event was attended by 30 local members as a networking event. We were able to build up contacts, opening up future opportunities and partnerships. The event helped to strengthen Daviker’s profile as we worked alongside other contact centre companies who are as passionate as we are about customer service.

Both events were immensely helpful, providing brilliant networking opportunities and covering a wide range of subjects. We’ll be attending LSCCF and YCFF 2016 even more prepared.
