We’re delighted to announce that Daviker has recently been awarded an agreement to supply to the public sector. This will be under the G-Cloud 8 framework.
What Is G-Cloud 8?
G-Cloud is an initiative targeted at public-sector bodies in departments of the UK Government of commodity IT services; particularly bodies that use various cloud computing software.
The initiative consists of a series of agreements with suppliers, including ourselves, whereby public sector organisations can employ our services without needing to run a full tender or competition procurement process. In short, it now means Daviker will be able to supply to councils, government departments and other public bodies.
How Will Daviker’s Services Help the Public Sector?
For the public sector, saving time and money is always a priority. However, this is particularly true in the current economic climate; and this is also where our services truly shine. Speech Analytics and Workforce Management are both excellent for streamlining a contact centre, be it a private- or public-sector operation. This will help to improve productivity and optimise available resources.
G-Cloud is a result of the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) bringing together the Government’s central commercial capability into a single organisation. The remit of the CCS is to work with both departments and organisations across the whole of the public sector; to ensure maximum value is extracted from every commercial relationship, and improve the quality of service delivery.
Streamlining Operations, No Matter How Demanding
Dave Fricker, CEO of Daviker says of the agreement; “At a time when public sector organisations are under pressure to work more efficiently, Daviker are proud to be awarded the G Cloud 8 supplier status. With products and services proven to help organisations become more efficient, we are confident that our expertise gained in the private sector will prove valuable in the public sector also.”
The G-Cloud 8 approach is designed to free up organisations within the public sector. This will enable them to focus their efforts on improving their operations and therefore improving the UK’s public services. Now, thanks to the new agreement we can offer these bodies an extra boost. All thanks to our cloud-based contact centre software, designed to streamline any operation, no matter how demanding its work.
