Your business will have a named Customer Support Champion who will know and understand your business and solution and oversee the support you receive.
As part of our commitment to our customers we promise to provide free of charge on going administrator training on all Daviker solutions which is informative, educational and convenient.
Daviker will provide your business with a professional account manager who will proactively ensure your business is happy with the services you are receiving and always being dealt with in a professional manner. Our account manager will visit your premises a minimum of twice a year and assist you to get the best from your investment.
On at least 3 occasions each year you will be given the opportunity to provide direct feedback on all aspects of Daviker’s performance. If for any reason you feel we are not living up to our commitments to you any complaints will be escalated to Director level and responded to within 10 days in line with our ISO9000 schedule.
