Based out of the UK we follow ITIL and ISO methodologies to deliver a consistently high level of customer service. We don’t hide behind behind our technical support desk; instead, we support our customers on the phone and face-to-face.

David has over 25 years of experience leading the implementation of technical solutions within the communications industry. Under his direction Daviker has continually enjoyed year on year double digit growth whilst ensuring that integrity and customer support is at the core of everything Daviker does.

Gillian Fricker.

Finance Director

Gillian has run several successful telecoms companies and has over 20 years of experience in banking and finance. Gill has provided Daviker with steady financial guidance throughout our growth and works with our customers to deliver solutions that work financially for both parties.

 

Nigel James.

Business Manager

Nigel’s background with Business Link UK puts him in a very strong position when it comes to understanding business and their unique processes. Nigel works with our clients to get a clear understanding of their processes and provide a solution which gives TotalWorkFlow users considerable market advantage.

Barry is a solutions driven highly motivated developer with superb people skills. His ability to communicate extremely technical information in a jargon free and simple way helps him day to day in his role overseeing in-house development team.

With over 12 years’ experience as a developer, project manager and consultant in call centre and workflow software it’s safe to say you are in good hands. Nick has overseen the implementation of the TotalWorkFlow software into the market place and now ensures that the software continues to develop in line with market changes.

Tom has been with Daviker since 2009 working his way up from the service desk through to installations. Tom has been involved several large implementations as well as being the lead engineer for all Daviker Speech Analytics and PBX installations.

With over 15 years in the call centre industry, Richard has a wealth of knowledge of the sector with expertise in the Financial and Regulated markets. This places Richard at the forefront of our Sales Team in delivering a consultative approach to sales and providing the best solutions to businesses.

Head of Support

James has been with Daviker since 2009 progressing through roles in support and installations. With a previous background in customer service, training and project management, James is perfectly placed to support our client base effectively and efficiently.

 

 

Daniel Rothery.

Head of Implementations

Starting with Daviker in 2008 as a 2nd Line engineer, Daniel progressed through installations and project management to become our head of implementations.
Being involved in over 70 new contact centre implementations and hundreds of upgrades and office moves he is the perfect person to speak too for a smooth transition from an existing system or new implementation.

Dan first worked at Daviker in 2008 as part of the Account Management Team and has recently moved into Project Management assisting during the sales and support processes. With 15 years experience in the contact centre industry across a multitude of sectors, Dan has a broad range of knowledge and specialises in Dialler Management ensuring you get a tailored system that integrates smoothly into your business
