Daviker Customers Enjoy 'Most Successful' User Group Conference Yet!

NOW firmly established as the key date in an outbound call centre manager's calendar, the Daviker User Group Conference was once again a runaway success.

A wide selection of Daviker customers gathered at the luxurious surroundings of the Hilton Hotel in Manchester for the fourth edition of the User Group Conference.

Customers were introduced to a number of new developments including the launch of Daviker's new customer portal, designed to even further improve client access to Daviker resources and assistance. Customers were also introduced to the I Love Diallers LinkedIn group, which provides a forum to interact and share industry best practice.

Integrating efficiencies provided by predictive diallers with the business functions outside the call centre is a hot topic. Managing Director, Dave Fricker, outlined the best methods of achieving this, using the example of Daviker's new TotalWorkFlow solution.

Daviker introduced a number of partners, including Paymentshield, a leading provider of insurance products; First Touch Training, a business training outfit; and Populus Green, a well established data supplier. Delegates in attendance each walked away with 1000 free complimentary records.

Perennial entertainer Adrian Gourley ensured delegates were fully attentive after a gourmet buffet and Daviker's technical chief, Ben Booth provided a hard hitting and passionate dialler optimisation session.

Daviker took this opportunity to reward customers that are instrumental in helping us grow by launching our new referral scheme - the Loyal Bank of Daviker.

The traditional User Group Prize Draw took place with Rachel Carrigan from IMSM scooping the first prize of £500 of Daviker Utilities and a bottle of champagne. Runners up, Steven Craske of Chantry Collections and Steve Wood of RTA Claims Experts also walked away with some bubbly!

Unsurprisingly, as the day drew to a close, Manchester lived up to its reputation as the rainy city. Fortunately, each delegate received a Daviker umbrella which ensured they were protected from the late autumn elements. For those that wished to stay around for a while, the post conference event at Cloud 23 bar provided further networking opportunities with drinks sponsored by Paymentshield.
